China Merchants Culture | Performing Arts Connect champions "art into everyday life" and builds community cultural ecosystems. Launched in 2022, the Shekou Theatre Festival is now a landmark contemporary theatre event in the Greater Bay Area. It spotlights emerging creation and diverse expression, connects local and international artists, and turns public spaces across Shekou into stages — making the whole city part of the show. We link artistic creation, theatre operations, festival curation, and community integration — powering the contemporary performing arts scene and making the city better through culture.
