Li Yinan is a writer, critic, and theater artist. She moves between writing and rehearsal, exploring contemporary expression where text, body, and thought converge.She has taught at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Goethe University Frankfurt, the University of Vienna, and the Central Academy of Drama in Beijing. In 2015, she established the first undergraduate dramaturgy program in Asia, reshaping theater education and practice through her teaching practice. She now lives in Munich, where she continues to write and create.
