Director of Performing Arts Connection, China Merchants Culture
A seasoned theater professional with extensive experience in arts management. Formerly served as Project Manager of Programming & Marketing at National Theater and Concert Hall, Taipei (NTCH), later appointed as Deputy Director of Performance & Marketing Centers at Guangzhou Opera House, and participated in the preparatory work of Shenzhen Contemporary Art & Urban Planning Museum as Director of Public Education. Currently holds the position of Director of Performing Arts Connection at China Merchants Cultural Industry.
Leveraging years of expertise in performing arts curation, operations, and industry networks, she successfully established "Performing Arts Connection" (演艺互联)—the first professional performing arts operation under China Merchants Shekou (招商蛇口)—and has excelled in managing the Mountain View Theater (境山剧场). In 2020, she initiated community-driven public programs such as "Shekou Arts Season" (蛇口艺术季) and "Good Life Festival" (美好生活嘉年华), attracting over 10,000 participants and fostering cultural integration within the community. In 2022, she founded the "Shekou Theater Festival" (蛇口戏剧节), focusing on "Theater in Situ" as its theme, providing a pioneering platform for young creators to develop avant-garde theatrical works. To date, the festival has been successfully held for three editions, becoming a key cultural brand in Shenzhen.
