To All, Red

To All, Red

To All, Red
To All, Red
Our bodies will be split in two, but we need not decay.
A woman named Red decides to disappear. She leaves behind only a single recorded letter, and scattered files, traces, and memories. Years later, investigator Alpha attempts to piece together her entirety from the scattered data, only to unearth increasingly inexplicable blanks. Meanwhile, a strange woman is trapped alone in a room, her body undergoing indescribable changes—like a lizard, like a peeled mango skin. Two people still immersed in intimacy draw closer and tear at each other day after day. Red left no answers, but the traces she left are silently changing those in the world she never met.
To All, Red is an experimental theater piece based on text. It doesn’t intend to replicate Red’s life, but rather, through sound, body, objects, and fragmented daily life, observes how the world continues to bear the legacy of a person after their disappearance. The work wanders between body, memory, data, and the gaze: Does the body truly belong to oneself? Is intimacy destined to merge? If a person can be fully recorded, can she then be fully understood?
The search for Red has come to an end, but an experiment on whether a person can truly be preserved is beginning.
