Stage Dimensions 
1. 100-300 person capacity: 8m x 5m stage

To be provided by the Venue: 
1. Load-bearing fly bars in the grid OR load-bearing rigging points on the 
ceiling structure. 
2. Black dance floor vinyl / Marley floor (3.5mm thick) – Rolls 1.5m or 2m wide. 
3. Black PVC floor border tape – Matching floor width. 
4. Black stage skirting / masking drape – Height approx. 1.2m, length as per 
stage perimeter. 
5. High-lumen projector – ≥8000 lumens. 
6. HDMI cables. 
7. Supertitle / captioning units (2 units). 
8. Steam iron – Standard handheld type. 
9. Folding table – Standard size (e.g., 180cm x 60cm). 
10. White gauze cyclorama / scrim. 

LIGHTING EQUIPMENTS: 
11. 2x large profile moving lights (e.g., Dream 1600 or equivalent). 
12. 4x small profile moving lights (e.g., EK Smart or equivalent).

Audio Requirements 

I. PA Speaker System 
1. The company requires the use of L, R, C, SUB, and F-F (Front-Fill) main PA 
speakers. If unavailable, advance communication with the company is required. 
2. The company requires the use of the venue's surround speakers. If 
unavailable, advance communication is required. 

II. Monitor System 
1. The venue must provide one Shure PSM1000 system with four Shure P10R 
beltpacks for company use. If unavailable, advance communication is required. 
2. The venue must provide two active or passive floor monitors (wedge 
speakers) for company use. 

III. PA Console 
1. A mixing console with a minimum processing capability of 8 input channels 
and 8 output channels is required. The console model must be communicated to 
the company in advance. 

IV. RF System 
1. The venue must provide two wireless miniature headset microphones with 
corresponding receivers and transmitters (e.g., DPA 6060 + Shure AD1 
transmitter + Shure AD4Q receiver). The console model must be communicated 
in advance. 
2. The venue must provide two wireless handheld microphones (e.g., Shure AD2 
transmitter + Beta58 capsule). 

V. Other 
1. Dedicated power supply for audio equipment must be available at the FOH 
(Front of House) mixing position. 
2. Should the company's cables be insufficient, the venue must provide 
corresponding cables (e.g., XLR cables, power strips, speaker cables, adapters). 
3. AA batteries to be provided as requested by the company: 16 pieces per 
performance.
